The Salesforce Integration automatically sends closed Cases with Live Chat Transcripts and Emails to SupporTrends for Natural Language Processing. These instructions will guide you through this setup.
- If you do not have a SupporTrends account, sign up here: https://platform.supportrends.com/user/register.
- Click this installation link: https://login.salesforce.com/services/oauth2/authorize?client_id=3MVG9kBt168mda_.r4yYr5lfRZJhcHZvCvrOpbt95s8Ff8uxpQBkycaVqLxFw9.nFTX501lnpqJto3DWYa6Nt&redirect_uri=https://platform.supportrends.com/app/data-source/integrations&response_type=code&state=salesforce
- Sign into Salesforce if you are not already signed in and accept the permissions to allow SupporTrends to access your account.
- You will be redirected to SupporTrends upon accepting the permissions. Sign into SupporTrends if you are not already signed.
- If the installation is a success, you will be redirected to a successful installation notification on Salesforce.
- Go back to SupporTrends and on the left side bar click on Data Sources then click on Integrations.
- Scroll down to the Salesforce section and ensure that the toggle is set to On.
- As Cases in Salesforce are closed, they get downloaded and processed by SupporTrends automatically.
