HubSpot Integration Setup (beta)

1. Sign into HubSpot and click the gear icon at the top right.
2. Click Private App under Integrations.
3. Click Create Private App.
   
   
   
   
4. Fill out the description and name then click Scopes.
   
   
5. Select the following scopes:
   content
   oauth
   tickets
   sales-email-read
   crm.objects.contacts.read
   settings.users.read
   crm.objects.companies.read
   crm.objects.deals.read
   settings.users.teams.read
   conversations.read
6. Save the App.
7. Copy the API key and send it to your Everywhere account manager.
   
   
   
   

Everywhere will check for closed tickets once every hour. It can take a few hours before a closed ticket shows up in the reports. Contacts, Companies, Deals, and Conversations associated with the ticket will also be saved.
