SupporTrends can connect to Kustomer to automatically process closed conversations. Contact your sales rep to get this started. You will need to generate an API key in your Kustomer account:
- Generate Kustomer API Key
- When asked for roles, provide org.admin and org.user so that SupporTrends can access the necessary information to process your conversations.
- Send the API Key to your sales rep and they will securely install it for your account.
- Delete all records of the API Key when the installation is complete. This is to prevent someone from gaining unauthorized access to your Kustomer data. If an API Key is compromised or too old, you can delete the key and restart from step 1 to create a new key for SupporTrends to use instead.
