Depending on the length of the conversation, it can take between one and five minutes to fully process once the conversation has been sent to us. Depending on the integration, that can take several minutes as well, so a good rule of thumb is to wait about 10 minutes.
Also, please verify that cloud recordings are set up to occur as outlined here.
If you still are not seeing any conversations, go ahead and uninstall + reinstall the app.
