The SupporTrends platform will automatically remove language from analysis that it deems to be generated by something other than a human.
For new accounts, the process begins after the total conversation count reaches 100. From that point forward, sentence and phrases that meet the following criteria will be removed from analysis:
- Have surfaced in the last 30 days
- Are used in a high percentage of conversations
- Meet certain character count requirements
Notes:
- The list of automatically-generated phrases is updated once daily and affects conversations going forward, so an extremely high-usage phrase may make an appearance for several hours before it is automatically removed from conversations the following day.
- Automatically-generated phrases will still be visible in platform transcripts, but are not surfaced in NLP analysis or factored into sentiment scores.
