The Zendesk Integration automatically sends closed tickets to SupporTrends for Natural Language Processing. These instructions will guide you through this setup.
1. Get your Zendsk API Token: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/226022787-Generating-a-new-API-token-.
2. Sign into SupporTrends: https://platform.supportrends.com.
If you do not have a SupporTrends account, sign up here: https://platform.supportrends.com/user/register.
3. On the left side bar click on Data Sources then click on Integrations.
4. Scroll down to the Zendesk section and ensure that the toggle is set to On.
5. Click on Connection Settings and enter your Zendesk Domain, Zendesk Login Email, and your API Token you got in step 1.
6. Click save and you are done! SupporTrends checks every half hour for newly closed tickets in your Zendesk.
