The Intercom Integration automatically sends closed tickets to SupporTrends for Natural Language Processing. These instructions will guide you through this setup.
1. Log into Intercom and install the SupporTrends integration here https://www.intercom.com/app-store/?app_package_code=supportrends&search=supportrends
2. Sign into SupporTrends: https://platform.supportrends.com.
If you do not have a SupporTrends account, sign up here: https://platform.supportrends.com/user/register.
3. On the left side bar click on Data Sources then click on Integrations.
4. Scroll down to the Intercom section and ensure that the toggle is set to On.
5. Click save and you are done! SupporTrends checks every half hour for newly closed Intercom conversations.
