The Gladly Integration automatically sends closed conversations to SupporTrends for Natural Language Processing. These instructions will guide you through this setup.
1. Get your Gladly API Token: https://help.gladly.com/implementation/docs/get-your-api-tokens.
2. Sign into SupporTrends: https://platform.supportrends.com.
If you do not have a SupporTrends account, sign up here: https://platform.supportrends.com/user/register.
3. On the left side bar click on Data Sources then click on Integrations.
4. Scroll down to the Gladly section and ensure that the toggle is set to On.
5. Click on Connection Settings and enter your Gladly Domain, Gladly Login Email, and your API Token you got in step 1.
6. Click save and you are done! When conversations are closed, they are automatically sent to SupporTrends for Natural Language Processing.
