To review a Gladly conversation on the SupporTrends platform:
- Log in at https://platform.supportrends.com
- Select Insights -> Data Flow. By default, conversations from the most recent 7 days are shown here.
- For deeper data analysis, select Insights -> Visualizations. By default, the most recent 28 days are shown. Note that this reporting database syncs once every 4 hours.
If you wish to pause processing of conversations, visit the configuration page and adjust the toggle:
- Click the toggle and it will turn off. Previous data that was processed will remain in SupporTrends and no new conversations will come in for processing.
- Click the toggle again to turn it back on and new conversations will come in as they close. Any conversations closed while the app is turned off will not be processed.
