My Dashboards are missing certain conversations

Here are some reasons that conversations may go missing:

1) Our Visualizations page uses a database that is designed for high volumes of large queries, and it is synchronized periodically throughout the day.  It is customary for the Visualizations data to lag behind what you see in the Data Flow section.

2) Audio files that begin with more than 5 minutes of silence are not processed
