Delighted Integration Setup

Connect Delighted to SupporTrends

The Delighted Integration automatically sends completed survey responses to SupporTrends for Natural Language Processing and Insights. These instructions will guide you through this setup.

1. Copy your Delighted API Key as displayed here: https://app.delighted.com/docs/api

 

2. Sign into SupporTrends: https://platform.supportrends.com. If you do not have a SupporTrends account, sign up here: https://platform.supportrends.com/user/register.

3. On the left side nav bar click on Data Sources then click on Integrations.

4. Scroll down to the Delighted section and ensure that the toggle is set to On.

5. Click on Connection Settings and enter your Delighted API key that you just copied and give it a name (usually the project name). You can add an API key for each project.

6. Click save and you are done!

Pause Synchronization

If you wish to pause processing of conversations, visit the configuration page and adjust the toggle:

• Click the toggle and it will turn off. Previous data that was processed will remain in SupporTrends and no new conversations will come in for processing.
• Click the toggle again to turn it back on and new conversations will come in as they close. Any conversations closed while the app is turned off will not be processed.
