Pausing or Removing the Zoom Integration

If you wish to temporarily pause processing of your recordings, we recommend navigating to the configuration page and setting the connection to "Off". This will stop processing of new recordings and retain your data.

If you wish to fully uninstall our app, continue to the following steps:

1. Visit the the Zoom App Marketplace installation page
2. Click on the manage tab
3. Click Uninstall
4. Select your reason for uninstalling
5. IMPORTANT: If you want to keep your Zoom data analysis on SupporTrends, you must click the checkbox labeled “Grant App developer consent to retain data?” Failure to check this box will result in loss of all Zoom data on SupporTrends. This includes transcripts, entities, sentiment analysis, and recording backups
6. Click Uninstall

If you did not check the box to retain data on SupporTrends, all of your Zoom data on SupporTrends will be deleted within 10 days.
