By default, the Zoom app integration is set to on and no further interaction is necessary. Whenever a recording is finished after a Zoom meeting, SupporTrends will receive a copy of the recording and process it.
As soon as a meeting ends, the recording is processed by our platform. Depending on the length of the meeting, this can take between 5 and 30 minutes.
To review a meeting on the SupporTrends platform:
- Log in at https://platform.supportrends.com
- Select Insights -> Data Flow. By default, conversations from the most recent 7 days are shown here
- For deeper data analysis, select Insights -> Visualizations. By default, the most recent 28 days are shown. Note that this reporting database syncs once every 4 hours.
If you wish to pause processing of recordings, visit the configuration page and adjust the toggle:
- Click the toggle and it will turn off. Previous data that was processed will remain in SupporTrends and no new recordings will come in for processing.
- Click the toggle again to turn it back on and new recordings will come in as they complete. Any recordings made while the app is turned off will not be processed.
